Every blog has a one goal in common, to reach out to a certain group out people. Most of the blog, I have read where about drama. Like TMZ https://www.tmz.com they thrive on drama, they make a living on finding dirt on famous people. These types of blogs are liked the most because they relate and focused on topics that interest a large group of people what to known about. TMZ has gained a large number of viewers by getting "Good Dirt" on people that are well known in the entertainment business. They mainly sit around and talk about videos they have of celebrities' doing the craziest stuff or just being human (making tons of mistakes). but sometimes they do show us things that want to be seen like the Brittany spears conservatorship that has ended due to her sister asking for that to be done.
The #1 ranked blog, "which is most known for popular songs and albums" stated by https://detailed.com/50/ is billboard which isn't surprising because they always post hit songs for each month. Billboard has been around since 1894, and founded by William Donaldson and James Hennegan. They have been publishing song charts that tells us what songs are a hit or as they say "Hot 100" and every artist try to land a spot. Billboard is one major way that an artist can get more publicity.
I really liked TMZ blog because it is something relevant due to popping up on social media and being our reference to any type of news. TMZ has resourceful news about famous celebrities actions, the latest scandals, and problems with authorities . Great post!! keep up the great work!

I think that is a great first step into becoming not only a great blogger, but a successful one at that. Your blog entry was organized and I like the way you added more information for readers to look up.
ReplyDeleteHey, Shishawna. Your blog is looking pretty good so far. Your writing flows well, you present some good ideas and content, and you are working on visual appeal and engagement. Good. Keep digging into those elements. The titles and entries you have posted are a bit confusing though. The title of your blog is Day and Night, but you have also titled both of your entries that. Along with the title of the entries being the same as the overall blog, the numbers of the entries don't quite make sense either (this entry is labeled as #1, but so is the other one, but then the other one is also labeled Entry #0, yet the content of that entry is not what #0 was assigned to be). You should have three entries on your blog by this point: #0--introduction to you and your blog (practice entry); #1--about blogs (this entry); and #2--self-generated (the other entry about ways to survive the week). You should edit the titles and numbers of these entries (and write a practice entry #0) to get this all lined up correctly.
